SECTION 1 – BOOKING
Newcastlebubblefootball.co.uk will organise events in any area of Newcastle and the North East. Play at your usual or favourite pitches, we bring the balls to you. Simply call, email us or use the contact page on our website to arrange a date and time we are available. From there we will arrange a venue for you or you can simply call the pitch you are looking at booking with as our team will come to you on the date requested, please note you are fully responsible for any booking fees for pitch hire. Once you have your pitch hire we will ask you to make the payment and we have number of methods to make payments.
SECTION 2 – YOUR GAME
Your booking will last 60 minutes or longer if requested for a further fee, this includes a full safety briefing and competitive matches. We may break you up into smaller teams to provide everyone with adequate rest and water breaks, anyone in the group who is suffering from fatigue, dehydration or simply needs to stop for any reason simply inform one of the attendants and they will make sure the game is temporarily paused. If there are any questions following the safety briefing simply ask before the game begins. You will be required to complete a waiver before entering the Bubbles and beginning play.
SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Please note that we cannot allow play with anyone thought to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or seemingly not in control of their actions. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms. We ask that you arrive promptly at the agreed time of the event, failure to do so will cut into your game time. Should any of our team run late play time will be extended accordingly. We can allow ages 8+ years to participate however anyone under 18 years and below will require a signed consent form from the parent/guardian prior to the event.
SECTION 4 – INJURY OCCURANCE
Bubble Football much like all sports there is a large element of contact and therefore there is a risk of injury. Should injury occur on any scale NEbubblefootball.co.uk will not be held responsible or accountable. Signed waivers are presented prior to Bubble Football beginning highlighting this, by signing the waiver you are proceeding, aware there is a chance injuries of all nature may occur and this voids your right to hold NewcastleBubbleFootball.co.uk liable. You play at your own discretion in full awareness that injury may occur. Due to the fabrics used the straps will loosen on heavy impact, if your straps become loose at all simply leave the pitch and a staff member will attend to you instantly to fix this and to get you playing instantly.
SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Whilst our prices start from £20 per person, the grounds you wish to play on will charge you a normal booking fee, this will vary between pitch provider, we advise you to check prior to booking. The amount you pay gets you a minimum of 60 minutes, this time includes a safety briefing and competitive games. Whilst we offer bespoke packages on the day of the activities the safety briefing is essential. Should you wish to cut your time short due to time restrictions or other it is no problem and no additional charges will be made. Any areas 25 miles+ of Newcastle may incur additional charges to cover petrol, however this will be explained during the booking stage. We ask that you familiarise yourself with the pitch providers terms and conditions of play as we cannot be held responsible of their conditions or actions.
SECTION 6 – BUSINESS LISTINGS
If you are a pitch provider who would like to add our Bubble Football to the services you offer simply get in touch with us at Info@NEbubblefootball.co.uk and we will be in contact with you shortly where we will offer your customer this service for no cost to you. You will benefit from our advertising as well as providing customers a service your competitors will not.
SECTION 7 – PROMOTIONS
We reserve the right to take photos and videos of your event, these will be used for promotional purposes unless you are unwilling to do so, then simply send us an email prior to your booking and images and videos will not be taken. After giving your consent within the waiver form there will be an option to place your email. We will use your email with our affiliate NEoffers.co.uk to keep you up to date with offers, discounts and competitions we feel you may be interested in.
SECTION 8 – REFUND POLICY
Once you have booked with us your date and time and made payment your booking is confirmed. In order for us to cater for others, refunds will not be applicable under any circumstances however your game can be rearranged for a small rearrangement charge. Changes to the booking will only be made if there is any equipment misuse, failure to follow instructions or any adverse weather conditions which would make play unfit or at all dangerous. Should the weather call for the game to be re-arranged you will pay no additional amount. Should the game have started when weather makes play at all dangerous it will be at the discretion of the instructor (depending how much play has occurred) should your booking be rearranged for no additional fee. Simply book an indoor pitch to avoid any risk of this occurring. In the event of equipment misuse of failing to follow instructions the game will be cancelled and no refund or re-arrangement of the game will occur.
SECTION 9- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Newcastlebubblefootball.co.uk and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 10- SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
